Cheating Husband and Mistress Condemned by Wet Napkin

A woman who was suspicious of her husband having an affair hired a private investigator to install a GPS with sound recording function in her husband’s car.  One day she and the investigator followed her 40 year old husband., He picked up his 28 year old mistress in his car, drove to an abandoned parking lot and parked there.  The woman and the investigator saw the car shaking/moving from afar and they heard moaning sounds from the through the GPS receiver.  About 25 minutes later, the car window was rolled down and a wet napkin was thrown out and the car drove away.

The woman picked up the wet napkin as evidence and she filed for divorce and a suit against the mistress.  The mistress admitted being in the same car with the husband but claimed that it was a trap to get evidence of the wife invading their privacy.  She claimed that they were suspicious of the wife installing a GPS in the car so they prepared a wet napkin with their body fluid on in advance and threw it out on purpose for the wife to pick up when she followed them.

The Judge didn’t believe that b.s., granted the divorce and sentenced the mistress 5 months in jail.
