The Vitamin Ghost
Once there was an old mansion that had been abandoned for decades. The locals believed it to be haunted by the ghost of a former resident, a wealthy businessman who had been obsessed with health and nutrition in his lifetime. The ghost was said to roam the halls at night, moaning the word “vitamins” over and over again.
One night, a group of friends decided to spend the night in the mansion as a dare. They quickly regretted their decision as soon as they entered the house and heard the ghostly moans of “vitamins” echoing through the halls. They tried to leave, but the doors and windows were all locked and they couldn’t get out.
As the night went on, the friends became increasingly terrified by the ghost’s moans, which seemed to be getting louder and closer. Finally, they stumbled upon an old diary in the library, belonging to the former resident.
They read about the man’s obsession with vitamins and his belief that they would keep him alive forever. However, he died of overdose of vitamin supplements. In his last moments, he was heard moaning “Vitamins, vitamins, why did I take so many vitamins?”
The friends finally realized that the ghost was not trying to harm them, but rather was still consumed by his obsession with vitamins, even in death. They left the mansion, never to return again. And the ghost’s moan of “vitamins” echoes in the mansion still, a reminder of the dangers of obsession.
